Kaua’i Luxury Picnics is dedicated to bringing you the ultimate picnic experience. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary, baby shower, bridal shower, looking for a romantic date night? Or need help popping the question? - We’ve got you! Each Picnic is curated to meet the needs of our guests. All you have to do is show up, enjoy yourself, and leave the rest to us.
How to Book A Picnic.
Step One
Fill out our contact form by clicking on the ‘contact’ tab at the top of the page OR the ‘book’ button below.
Step Two.
Check your email for a response. Allow 24 hours. Please be sure to check your spam folder.
Step Three.
Once you get confirmation for your inquiry, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to save the date, the other half will be due 2 days before your picnic. You can also choose to pay in full.
Step Four.
Show up to your picnic and enjoy your experience.

We are Ashley and Kalani. Two best friends who constantly have a burning desire to create. We have a shared appreciation for aesthetics and the little details that are easily overlooked. Creating memorable experiences with loved ones is important to us and we’re honored to be part of yours! We strive to deliver quality, uniqueness, and authenticity when planning your picnic.
